Avocado, tuna, and tomato salad

We cut the tomato in half, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh into small cubes. We sprinkle with salt, add a teaspoon of oil and chopped parsley, and let it sit for a while.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 ripe avocado
2 larger, meatier tomatoes (not cherry)
1 can of tuna in oil (or water)
olive oil
parsley
salt
lemon juice
Recipe steps
We cut the tomato in half, remove the seeds, and chop the flesh into small cubes.
We sprinkle with a little salt, add a teaspoon of oil and chopped parsley, and let the juice release.
Meanwhile, we halve the avocado, scoop the flesh into a bowl, mash it with a fork until smooth, drizzle with lemon juice, and salt to taste.
We remove the water released by the tomatoes after salting.
We drain the tuna, and if it's in oil, we can use that oil for drizzling at the end.
On a plate, we place a mold with a diameter of about 8-10 cm and a height of about 5-6 cm. We pour half of the tomato mixture at the bottom, then add half of the tuna, and finally layer half of the avocado puree.
We carefully remove the mold and drizzle the salad with olive oil or tuna oil, then repeat the process with the second portion on another plate.
Finally, we garnish the dish with parsley and serve with toasted bread.
