1/4 pointed cabbage
1/2 glass of pickled onions
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
salt
ground pepper
Recipe steps
Chop the cabbage into small pieces, for example into strips or cubes, and place it in a bowl. It should be fresh and crunchy.
From the jar, remove approximately half of the onions without brine and mix them with the chopped cabbage along with mayonnaise. Mix well.
Add a small amount of onion juice and mix well again.
Season with lemon juice, add salt and ground pepper, and let it chill.
