Hanakian dumplings

We grate the potatoes finely, salt them, and thoroughly mix them with flour. Then we push the dough through a special tool, such as a rubber spatula.
Ingredients (what you need)
750 g of potatoes
250 g of semi-coarse flour
salt
a piece of butter
100 g of bryndza
200 ml of cooking cream
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of plain flour
milk
120 g of Olomouc cheese
200 g of smoked bacon
2 young leeks
Recipe steps
Grate the potatoes finely, add salt, and thoroughly mix them with the flour.
Pass the dough through a special sieve using a rubber spatula, stir, and briefly boil for about one minute. Once the dumplings float to the surface, drain them and add a tablespoon of butter to mix.
Melt butter in a pan, add plain flour, and sauté briefly. Then pour in the cream and let the sauce simmer. If the sauce is too thick, we can thin it out with a little milk.
Stir in the grated bryndza, wait for it to melt, and thoroughly combine everything with the dumplings.
Into the warm mixture, add diced cheese cut into small cubes and mix thoroughly.
In a dry pan, fry the bacon until golden and crispy, then add the chopped leek, let it wilt, and mix with the dumplings in the cheese sauce.
