Ingredients (what you need)
200 g mackerel (fresh or frozen)
fresh rosemary
fresh thyme
fresh oregano
fresh chives
salt-free fish seasoning
lemon juice
lemon slices
Recipe steps
Thoroughly clean the fish, then remove the head and tail. Rub the whole fish with lemon juice on the outside and inside.
Season without salt and tie fresh herbs into a small bouquet, which we place inside the fish.
Place the fish on a medium-hot grill, preferably an electric one, or wrap it in aluminum foil and place it on a traditional charcoal grill.
After a few minutes, turn it over, and if the meat separates easily, we can cut the fish in half, remove the skeleton, and let it finish cooking.
