Salmon in butter

The delicate flesh of salmon only needs to be lightly seasoned, as excessive spices would do it harm. To enhance the flavors, we prepare it in butter and give it a pleasant aroma.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 salmon fillet
fresh basil
1 sprig of rosemary
Provençal herbs
salt
1 lemon
1 piece of butter

660 g potatoes
a bit of milk (or cream)

Recipe steps
Remove the scales from the salmon fillets, cut them into pieces, salt them, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with Provençal herbs.
Boil the potatoes with the skin on, mash them into a coarser puree with butter, milk, or cream, and add salt to taste.
Melt butter in a pan and sauté a few lemon peels.
Once the peel starts to aroma, remove it, place the salmon skin side down and do not flip it!
Add fresh basil on top and cover the pan with a lid.
You can add a little water to it.
Bake the salmon for about 10 minutes, depending on its size.
