If we plan to prepare fish patties and do not have enough fish meat, we can replace part of it with ground meat, preferably in the same ratio of pork and beef.

250 g ground meat (a mix of pork and beef)
1 carp
As needed
salt
ground pepper
garlic
marjoram
egg
breadcrumb
oil for frying

Recipe steps

We gut the carp and grind the flesh with the skin on a coarse grinder along with the smaller bones.

We mix in ground meat, garlic, marjoram, salt, egg, pepper, and add a bit of breadcrumbs for thickening, adjusting to taste.

We prepare thinner patties and fry them in heated oil until golden brown.
