450 ml vegetable broth
70 g butter
100 ml white wine

Recipe steps
In a spacious pan, melt the butter. Add the rice to the melted butter and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Next, deglaze the rice with white wine, let it evaporate, and gradually add the broth. Cook the rice until it reaches an "al dente" state.
Turn off the heat and add a piece of butter to the risotto to let it melt. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan and salt to taste.
Create a smooth cream into which we add the mussels and chopped parsley.
