4 salmon fillets (raw or frozen - 150 g each)

280 g rice
20 g butter
1 teaspoon salt
300 g pumpkin (or zucchini)
Sauce
1 onion (60 g)
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
200 ml rice broth
250 ml heavy cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 sprigs of dill (only the fine part)
1 pinch of chili (or to taste)
2 teaspoons vegetable seasoning

Recipe steps
We remove the skin from the fillets, season them with salt and pepper, then place them on a plate that we have brushed with olive oil, into the steaming attachment of the blender.
We prepare everything needed for cooking the rice. We pour 1 liter of water into the blender, add butter and salt. We place the rice into the cooking basket.
Into the outer container filled with steam, we add zucchini cut into cubes and lightly season it with salt.
We assemble the complete blender column. We put water into the blender and insert the basket with rice, then add the attachment with zucchini and the tray with fish. We cover it with the attachment lid. We set the timer for 17-18 minutes, the temperature to maximum (for steaming), and the speed to 4 (medium).
Once the program is finished, we remove the entire attachment and place it covered on a plate. We take out the basket with rice and keep it warm until serving. We reserve 200 ml of the rice broth.
In the rinsed blending container, we place the onion cut in half and garlic. We set the blender for 5 seconds at speed 5. After this time, we scrape the mixture from the walls of the container, add oil and butter, then set the temperature to 100 °C and speed to 3 for 5 minutes. During this time, we can attach the blender accessory again.
After sautéing the onion and garlic, we add the broth, cream, tomato paste, starch, chili, vegetable seasoning, pepper, and salt. We cook for another 5 minutes at 98 °C, stirring at speed 1.5.
As soon as the dish is cooked, we serve it immediately.
