juice from half a lemon
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 pinch of chili (to taste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons water (as needed)
salt
ground pepper
For coating
2 parts all-purpose flour
1 part corn starch
ground paprika
Additionally
oil for frying
Recipe steps
We drizzle the fillets with lemon juice and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, we prepare the marinade by mixing the necessary ingredients. We cut the fish fillets into sticks and immerse them in the marinade. We let them marinate for at least two hours.
From flour, Solamyl, and paprika, we create a mixture in which we coat the carp sticks we have let rest.
In hot oil, we fry them on all sides until golden brown and then place them on a paper napkin.
We offer potatoes in various preparations as a side dish, or we simply serve them as a snack with beer or wine.
