Spicy carp

We wash the carp and drizzle it with lemon, let it sit for a while, then dry it, salt it, spread crushed garlic on it, and sprinkle it with paprika.
Ingredients (what you need)
5 servings of carp
40 g of tomato puree
1/2 onion
1 larger pickled cucumber
red bell pepper
1 chili pepper
oil
lemon juice
salt
4 cloves of garlic
ground pepper
sweet ground paprika
Recipe steps
Thoroughly clean the carp and drizzle with lemon juice, let it rest for a while. Then dry it, salt it, rub it with pressed garlic, and sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
Fry the carp on low heat on both sides.
Place it on a plate and in the same oil, sauté the onion rings, which we then pour a few tablespoons of water over. Add tomato paste, pickles, bell peppers, and chili peppers. Briefly simmer and pour the mixture over the carp.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours and serve it cold with bread.
