Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg of squid
0.8 kg of shrimp
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 dl of white wine
4 slices of butter
chopped parsley
thyme
salt
pepper
Recipe steps
First, we clean the squid by pulling them out by the tentacles, removing the insides with a knife, and also not forgetting to remove the transparent backbone. Then we wash them and cut them into thirds. We cut off the tentacles from the head and add them to the mixture.
We clean the shrimp by cutting off their heads and peeling the transparent shell from the legs. Then we cut them into thirds, just like the squid. We add finely chopped onion and garlic to the mixture, which we sauté in butter until golden.
As soon as the mixture starts to foam, we salt it, pepper it, add thyme, and pour in the wine. Finally, we stir in chopped parsley. The finished mixture is served with a vegetable salad and toast or another suitable side dish.
