4 servings of carp (or other fish)
fresh pepper
tomatoes
leek
onion
garlic
frozen vegetable mix
salt
caraway seeds
Recipe steps
Place coarsely chopped vegetables on a baking tray, whether fresh or frozen, or a combination of both. The quantity and type of vegetables can be chosen according to personal preference.
On top of that, place pieces of carp or another fish, such as pike or zander, which we have thoroughly cleaned and rinsed beforehand. If we use pieces of fish, it’s good to make a few shallow cuts in several places. Season with salt, rub with garlic, and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Cut a piece of butter and place it on the fish, and add a glass of water. The vegetables will also release some water and juices.
Bake at 200 °C for about 40 to 50 minutes.
