To prevent the bread from collapsing during baking, it is essential to follow a certain procedure. First, pour water into the baking container and add oil. Next, sprinkle...

Ingredients (what you need)

450 g Doves Farm white bread flour
50 g fine buckwheat flour
approximately 350 ml water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
7 g dried yeast
1 tablespoon unrefined sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt

Recipe steps

To ensure that the bread doesn't collapse while baking, it's necessary to proceed correctly. First, pour water into the baking pan and add oil. Then, sprinkle in all the dry ingredients, except for the dried yeast, which should be carefully placed in a hollowed-out well. It is important that the yeast does not come into contact with the water, otherwise the rising will start too early and the bread will collapse.

Finally, select the gluten-free program, choose a 500 g loaf size, and the preferred crust color. I always go for dark, as gluten-free breads usually turn out lighter. Once baked, unplug the bread maker, open the lid, and let it cool for about an hour.

At the end, put on nice oven mitts, take the baking dish, turn the baked bread out, wrap it in a clean towel, and let it cool completely so we can slice it. I usually let it cool overnight, in the morning I slice it into portions and immediately put it in the freezer. Then, I just take out the needed amount and bake it in the oven until it is crispy.
