Cottage cheese pancakes with jam and yogurt

In a bowl, we perfectly combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and milk (I personally prefer a handheld electric mixer). Then we add the sugars and salt, and while continuously stirring, we gradually add the other ingredients.
Ingredients (what you need)
250 g soft cottage cheese in a tub
1-2 dcl milk (depending on the thickness of the cottage cheese)
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
oil for frying
jam
white yogurt
Recipe steps
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and milk well until the mixture is smooth (I use a handheld electric mixer).
Add sugar and salt to the mixture and then gradually fold in the flour while stirring continuously.
In oil, fry small pancakes from the batter. For one pancake, use one tablespoon of batter.
Spread your favorite jam on the baked pancakes (for us, it's strawberry, my husband prefers Nutella) and add a teaspoon of plain yogurt on top. Enjoy your meal!
