Ingredients (what you need)
750 g strawberries
200 g blueberries (or blackberries, raspberries)
1 vanilla pod
150 ml orange juice
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lime
honey (to taste)
Devonshire cream (see note)
Recipe steps
Remove the stems from 600 g of strawberries and cut them into small cubes. Pour approximately 1 deciliter of water into a pot, add the strawberries, the flesh from the pod, and 100 g of forest fruits, then bring to a boil. After cooking, remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Add citrus juices to the mixture and blend everything with a hand blender. Sweeten with honey if necessary, and possibly dilute with orange juice. Garnish with Devonshire cream and add the remaining fruits. Serve well chilled.
