Cherry casserole

It can serve as a dessert, a side dish, or even as a main course. One of the advantages of casseroles is that we can use frozen or canned ingredients when making them.
Ingredients (what you need)
800 g cherries
8 tablespoons of semi-coarse flour
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
3 eggs
1/4 l of milk
1 pinch of salt
200 g of ground nuts

Recipe steps
We whip one whole egg and two yolks with sugar, then we add flour with a pinch of salt, milk, and finally the whipped egg whites.
We remove the pits from the cherries, place them in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with nuts, and pour the batter over.
We bake in the oven at medium temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the height of the casserole. Before serving, we sprinkle with powdered sugar.
