100 ml milk
2 packs of vanilla sugar

120 g soft cottage cheese
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/4 lime
3 tablespoons rum

Soak the dried raisins in rum. Cut the rolls into half-moons and place them in a bowl. Drizzle them with milk and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. The rolls should remain soft, not soggy. In a second bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, squeeze in the lime, and add powdered and vanilla sugar.
Peel the apples, cut or grate them, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little vanilla sugar, and then add the rum with the raisins. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
