We select the fruit for the recipe according to our own taste. We wash it and blend it.

Ingredients (what you need)

2.5 kg fruit
2 packets vanilla pudding powder
250 g granulated sugar
12 dl water

Recipe steps

Blend it together with water and sugar and bring it to a boil. Then add vanilla pudding, which we mix in a bit of water with a teaspoon of sugar. Cook like this for about 3 minutes and fill into sterilized jars. Seal the jars and turn them upside down. If nothing leaks out, we can turn them back and store them.

We store the fruit puree with pudding in a dry, cool, and dark place.
