Chickpea patties

Great meatballs with the scent of garlic and marjoram that will delight the whole family. You can prepare boiled potatoes and a fresh vegetable salad to go with them.
Ingredients (what you need)
250 g chickpeas
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of oats
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of parsley (chopped)
salt
black pepper (ground)
For coating
plain flour
egg
breadcrumbs
Recipe steps
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, drain them and cook in fresh water until soft.
Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion into small pieces and crush the garlic, then sauté both in a pan with oil.
Blend the cooked chickpeas using a meat grinder or an immersion blender. Add the oats, eggs, chopped onion and garlic, marjoram, and other herbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes to soften the oats.
From the prepared mixture, form patties, which are then coated in flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Fry them in oil until golden.
