Ingredients (what you need)
300 g of smoked bacon
3 larger onions
3 spicier sausages
3 white peppers
3 crushed cloves of garlic
7 medium-sized champignon mushrooms
1 cube of vegetable broth (omit if not using)
1 sprig of lovage
2 cans of red beans in brine
2 leveled tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 leveled tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of dried marjoram
a pinch of chili or hot paprika
salt

Recipe steps
Wash the vegetables and cut them - slice the onion into thin half-rings, cut the mushrooms into thicker slices, and halve the peppers and cut them into wider strips.
Cut the bacon into small cubes, slice the sausages lengthwise, and then cut them into wider half circles. Drain the beans and save the liquid for later.
In a deep pot, place the bacon and let it melt slightly, then add the sausages and sauté everything for three minutes.
Add the onion and sauté for another three minutes. Then add the mushrooms, sliced peppers, a sprig of lovage, and the broth, mix everything, and let it simmer in its own juices for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the all-purpose flour with paprika and chili in 200 ml of the bean liquid and 100 ml of water.
Stir the beans into the sautéed mixture, add the prepared sauce, the garlic pressed through a garlic press, mix everything thoroughly, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
At the end of cooking, add the marjoram crushed in your palms and chopped lovage.
