Ingredients (what you need)
70 g raw potatoes
70 g raw red lentils
1 small onion
nutritional yeast
Himalayan salt
pepper
flax seeds
1 tablespoon rye flour
a bit of coarse grain mustard
Recipe steps
We will cook the lentils.
Grate the potatoes finely, peel the onion, and chop it into small pieces, then mix everything with the lentils and the other ingredients.
Form patties with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
