Ingredients (what you need)
4 pieces of chicken breasts
1 onion (smaller)
2-3 tablespoons of oil
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2 bouillon
1 sour cream
4 pieces of processed cheese (not all need to be the same)
100 g of mushrooms
salt
pepper
Recipe steps
In heated oil, quickly sauté finely chopped onion until golden. Add diced meat, season with salt and pepper, and I also like to add gyros seasoning, and roast everything.
Pour in water, mix in a bouillon cube and crushed garlic. Cover with a lid and let it simmer.
Stir in diced peeled mushrooms and cheese.
Finally, add sour cream and let it simmer for a while. If necessary, adjust the seasoning with salt. It can be served with potatoes, pasta, or rice.
