1/2 head of smaller cabbage
3 potatoes
1 knuckle of spicy sausage
150 ml heavy cream
2-3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot ground paprika
vegetable broth (or chicken)
50 g butter
50 g flour
marjoram
salt
freshly ground white pepper
parsley
Recipe steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, and prepare the cabbage into thin strips.
In a pan, melt the butter, add the flour and sauté it. Then mix in both peppers, pour in the broth, stir everything well, and bring to a boil.
In a pot, add the chopped potatoes and cabbage, add the pressed garlic, and cook for about 20 minutes until they are soft.
Finally, add the sliced sausage and marjoram, and cook everything together.
Enrich the soup with cream, season with salt and pepper, let it simmer briefly, and in the end, add parsley.
