Cabbage Patties (Kale) Baked in the Oven

Cabbage patties can be made with or without meat. They taste great with a piece of smoked meat or sausage. If you haven't had the chance to try them yet, then…
Ingredients (what you need)
1 head of cabbage
4-5 eggs
300 g soft sausage
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
breadcrumbs
marjoram
salt
oil
Recipe steps
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
First, briefly boil the cabbage head in water. After removing it, remove the core and thicker veins. Then chop the cabbage into thin strips and squeeze out the water.
Chop the onion and sausage for the celery, crush the garlic, and add the eggs.
Add marjoram and salt, but be careful with the salt because there is garlic. If the mixture is very wet, mix in about 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Form patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and shape them.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray or sheet, greased with oil. Place the patties on the paper and brush them with two tablespoons of oil.
Put them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the patties and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
