We cut the roll into small pieces and soak it in milk to soak well. Then we add the meat, spices, eggs, flour, and finely chopped and fried bacon.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 roll
milk
bacon
egg
500 g ground meat
ground paprika
ground pepper
salt
a bit of all-purpose flour
for frying a tablespoon of oil
for baking a jar of beer

Recipe steps

Cut the bread roll into small cubes and soak it in milk to absorb well. Then mix in the meat, spices, eggs, flour, and finely chopped fried bacon. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients and season with salt.

Form approximately 8 patties. Fry them in the bacon fat and oil, then transfer them (if necessary) to a baking dish or casserole. Add a glass of beer and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. During baking, turn them halfway through to ensure they are nicely cooked through.
