First, we sauté the red onion, sliced into rings, in butter. Once the onion starts to turn a pinkish color, we add the crushed garlic with salt and paprika.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 small zucchini
1 medium kohlrabi
2 small red onions
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
salt
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
pepper
100 ml 12% cream
green parsley
butter for greasing the baking dish

Recipe steps

First, we sauté sliced red onion in rings in butter. Once the onion turns a pinkish color, we add crushed garlic with salt, paprika, mix everything, and remove from the heat.

We peel the zucchini and cut it into approximately 5 mm thick rounds. We also peel the kohlrabi and cut it into slices that are about 2 mm thick.

We grease a baking dish with butter and lay the zucchini rounds in it, followed by the kohlrabi slices. We season with salt and pepper and spread the onion mixture on top. We place zucchini and kohlrabi again on top and sprinkle with chopped green parsley.

We place it in a preheated oven at 200°C. We bake for 20 minutes, then add cream and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes.
