1 kg of cooked potatoes
salt
3 egg yolks
all-purpose flour
800 g of apricots
cube sugar
150 g of butter
100 g of breadcrumbs
sour cream
sugar for sprinkling
Recipe steps
We peel the potatoes and mash them.
From the potatoes, a pinch of salt, egg yolks, and flour, we prepare a smooth dough. We peel the apricots and remove the pits. Instead of pits, we place a sugar cube in each apricot.
Then we wrap them thoroughly in a piece of pre-prepared dough. We place the dumplings in boiling water and cook them for about 10 minutes.
In heated butter, we sauté the breadcrumbs until golden. We then remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon, let them drain, and subsequently transfer them to a warm dish.
We spread sour cream on them and sprinkle with golden breadcrumbs.
