Ingredients (what you need)
300 g all-purpose flour
100 g powdered sugar
100 g butter (Hery)
1 egg
1 baking powder
125 ml milk
Filling
1 kg apples
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cinnamon sugar
raisins
For finishing
1 egg
powdered sugar
Recipe steps
We mix the flour with baking powder, powdered sugar, butter, eggs, and milk, and process it into a smooth dough.
Then we divide it into two parts, which we roll out. We set the oven to 200 °C.
We peel the apples, remove the cores, and grate them. We spread them on the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and add raisins. Then we roll them up and brush with beaten egg.
We place them in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes. After cooling, we sprinkle the roll with sugar.
