Strawberry panna cotta

A great dessert inspired by classic Italian panna cotta, we'll make from strawberries, yogurt, plant-based milk, and agar. We just quickly boil everything and then…
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g strawberries
140 g white Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons plant-based milk
brown sugar (optional)
2 teaspoons plant-based agar-agar
Recipe steps
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and place them in a blender. Then mix in the Greek yogurt and milk, and blend everything until smooth.
Next, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat it. If we prefer a sweeter panna cotta, we add brown sugar while cooking so that it can dissolve.
Once the strawberry cream starts to boil, remove it from the heat, add 2 teaspoons of gelatin, and do not cook it anymore.
Using a whisk, mix thoroughly, then divide the mixture into small bowls and let it cool in the refrigerator until the next day.
