300 g cleaned strawberries
150 g semi-fat curd from a tub
120 g sugar syrup - as needed
20 g vanilla pudding powder, no-cook Créme Olé

Recipe steps
We blend strawberries, cottage cheese, and cold sugar syrup together, and then gently mix in the pudding powder with a hand whisk, which doesn't need to be cooked. We whip for about 3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
We prepare whipped cream from Rama or a third of cream and carefully fold it into the mixture.
We fill the popsicle molds and freeze them thoroughly. We can also use a piping bag with a smooth tip to fill them.
