Ingredients (what you need)
600 g plain flour
42 g fresh yeast (1 cube)
125 g Hery or 2 dl oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1 baking powder
salt
lemon zest
250 ml milk
Recipe steps
Into the measured lukewarm milk, crumble the yeast and let it create a starter.
Pour the remaining milk into the mixture, add the other ingredients, and knead the dough.
From the dough, we can immediately prepare pastries, buns, and other delicacies.
We do not let them rise and immediately place them in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C and bake for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the specifications of the oven.
