Ingredients (what you need)
40 dkg plain flour
10 dkg powdered sugar
10 dkg fat (Hera)
2 whole eggs
lemon zest (juice)
3/4 baking powder
6 tablespoons of milk
Filling
8 grated apples (flavored with vanilla sugar and cinnamon)
(if you make a half portion, just use 4 apples)
Recipe steps
We mix all the ingredients and create a dough.
We divide the dough into two parts. We roll out one half; I placed it on the table and used a rolling pin to flatten it into a sheet.
We put in the filling and seal it so that the apple juice doesn't leak during baking. We proceed in the same way with the other piece of dough.
Then we brush it with egg and put it in the oven. We bake at 150 °C for about 30 minutes, but it's good to keep an eye on how the oven is baking and check occasionally with a skewer. It stays soft even after two days.
