Ingredients (what you need)
15 dkg all-purpose flour
15 dkg semi-coarse flour
15 dkg sugar
2 plain yogurts (150g)
3 whole eggs
100 ml oil
vanilla sugar
1/2 baking powder
a can of peaches
2 soft cottage cheeses
a packet of vanilla pudding
1 egg
powdered sugar (to taste)
Recipe steps
We combine the eggs, oil, yogurts, and sugar, and then mix in the flour and baking powder.
If the dough is thicker, we add some juice from the compote.
We spread the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet and place the peach quarters on top.
In a bowl, we mix the cottage cheese with sugar, pudding, and an egg to our taste, depending on how sweet we like it. Then we fill the cottage cheese into a bag and pipe it around the peaches.
We bake in a convection oven at 175 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
