Ingredients (what you need)
2 larger zucchinis (approx. 700 g)
2 eggs
100 g all-purpose flour
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of marjoram
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 pinch of chili
1 pinch of ground pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
oil for frying
Recipe steps
Grate the zucchini finely.
Salt it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the zucchini to release water. Then drain the excess water.
Mix the eggs, garlic, flour, and seasoning into the zucchini and stir everything well. It should have a thicker consistency.
Heat oil in a pan and prepare one test fritter. If it is well seasoned, fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown.
