Recipe steps
Cut the leek into rings and lightly sauté it in fat until it is almost soft. Then pour in the salted eggs, which we previously whisked with milk and flour. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until it turns golden brown.
Cut the omelette into four pieces and sprinkle it with herbs. Instead of leek, we can use bell pepper cut into thin strips.
