Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
500 g all-purpose flour
250 g wheat semolina
3 tablespoons sugar
30 g fresh yeast
350-450 ml milk (as needed)
2 eggs
1 large pinch of salt
Fruits
strawberries
peaches
blueberries
For the topping
powdered sugar
grated curd
butter
Recipe steps
Add sugar and crushed yeast to lukewarm milk, mix well and let the yeast develop.
In a bowl with the risen yeast, mix in flour, semolina, eggs, salt, and the remaining milk as needed, and knead the dough. Let it rise.
Knead the risen dough with your fingers on a floured work surface and cut it into evenly sized pieces.
From each piece of dough, form a flat round, place the fruit on it, and then carefully pinch the edges together to create a small round dumpling.
Cover the dumplings with a folded towel and let them rise for about 20-25 minutes.
Cook the risen dumplings in salted water for about 4 to 8 minutes, depending on their size.
Serve them warm on a plate, enriched with grated cheese, sugar, and drizzled with melted butter.
