Turkey meatloaf

We wash the carrot and grate it finely. We peel and crush the garlic. We peel the onion and chop it into small pieces. We chop the chives into pieces.

500 g ground turkey meat
1 carrot
0.5 onion
2 tablespoons of pickled chopped pepper
chives
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
2 tablespoons of white wine
2 tablespoons of semolina
breadcrumb as needed
salt
pepper
crushed caraway seeds
Recipe steps
Wash the carrot and grate it finely using a grater.
Peel the garlic and crush it finely.
Remove the skins from the onion and chop it into small pieces.
Finely chop the chives.
Mix the ground turkey meat with the finely grated carrot, add the egg, the crushed garlic, the chopped onion, and the chopped chives.
Season with salt, cumin, and pepper, and then firm it up with semolina and breadcrumbs.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and bake it in the oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
Serve the turkey loaf with boiled or mashed potatoes, potato purée, or fries.
