7 yesterday's rolls
3 eggs (yolks and whites separately)
0.5 l milk
0.5 l all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 baking powder
butter for greasing the mugs
Recipe steps
We cut the rolls into small pieces, pour milk over them, mix in the egg yolks, stir, then add baking powder, salt, and flour, and mix again.
We prepare a stiff egg white and incorporate it into the dough.
We grease the cups with butter and fill them with the mixture, making sure the filling reaches 3/4 of the cup's height.
We place them in a pot and fill the pot with water up to half the height of the cups, then cook for 20 minutes.
Afterward, we let them sit under the lid for another 10 minutes.
