Spinach

How about trying spinach? Whether from fresh leaves or frozen puree, spinach has been prepared in Czech households for many years and everyone has…
Ingredients (what you need)
1 package of spinach puree
2 tablespoons of coarse flour
1 egg
a little milk
ground pepper
salt
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 onion (large)
50 g of lard
Recipe steps
Cut the bacon into small cubes and the onion finely.
Fry the bacon in oil, then add the onion. When the onion turns golden, sprinkle in the flour and mix to create a roux.
First prepare the milk, and once the flour browns, slowly add the milk to it and cook into a thick paste.
Add a little spinach - a small portion of thawed spinach.
While the spinach is heating (be careful not to burn it, stir regularly), peel the garlic and crush it, then add it to the spinach. Season with salt and pepper, and once the spinach is well heated, stir in the eggs and heat it for a little longer.
