Ingredients (what you need)
2 pork chops
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 onion
50 g bacon
2 mushrooms
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
a pinch of hot paprika
1/4 L broth from a bouillon cube
100 ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
oil for frying
sweet and sour pickle
pickled onions
Recipe steps
Gently flatten the chops and make incisions along the edges.
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, coat it in all-purpose flour, and place it in a pan with melted oil.
First, fry the chops on both sides over high heat, then reduce the temperature. Remove the tender chops.
In the pan, sauté the chopped onion, diced bacon, and mushrooms. Then sprinkle with paprika, add a little broth, return the chops, and braise together.
If necessary, add more broth.
Remove the finished chops, add cream to the sauce, in which we have mixed a teaspoon of flour, and simmer while stirring continuously.
Pour the thick sauce over the chops, decorate with sweet-and-sour pickles and pickled onions. Serve with fresh rolls and chilled beer.
