1 kg potatoes
400 g (sweet potatoes) sweet potatoes
50 ml cream
30 g butter
milk as needed
salt
Recipe steps
Wrap the sweet potatoes in aluminum foil, place them on a baking sheet, and bake at 220 degrees until they are tender (45 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes). I had one large potato, and I wrapped each half separately and baked them cut side up.
Peel and chop the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.
Drain the water, add the cooked sweet potatoes (peeled), butter, warm cream, milk as needed, and mash everything into a puree.
Season with salt.
