Savory bundt cake made from toast bread

Ingredients (what you need)
1 loaf of bread (with larger slices - American)
150 g ham
150 g salami (Vysočina, tourist)
150 g grated cheese to taste (Gouda, Edam)
3 tablespoons dried onion
4 slices of cheese
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
butter for greasing the pan and for brushing the cake
fresh herbs for garnish
Recipe steps
Roll out the toast bread into thin slices. Then, spread softened butter on the mold and place the bread slices in it so that they cover the entire surface of the mold.
Inside the bundt pan, spread mustard and gradually place slices of ham all around. Then, sprinkle half of the grated cheese and dried onion on top.
Cover the filling with another slice of toast bread, which you spread with ketchup, and place salami on it. Add the second half of the cheese and sprinkle with dried onion again.
Place the last layer of toast bread on top of the full mold and spread the remaining melted butter on it.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 200 °C, depending on how well your oven bakes. Once the bundt cake is done, carefully turn it out onto a baking sheet, such as a round pizza tray, and place slices of cheese on top. Then, put it back in the oven to melt the cheese nicely.
Sprinkle the bundt cake with fresh herbs, and it is ready to serve.
