We will start by making a sourdough starter from a bit of flour, lukewarm water, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and put it somewhere warm to rise.

1 kg plain flour
1 tablespoon salt with caraway
500 ml lukewarm water
50 g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

In a larger bowl, we prepare the dough from a kilogram of flour, a tablespoon of salt with caraway seeds, half a liter of lukewarm water, and activated sourdough.
We let the dough rise properly for about an hour to an hour and a half.
From it, we then create 2 balls, which we place on a greased baking sheet. We let them rise a little longer on the sheet. Then we place them in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C to bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, we take them out, brush them with melted butter and salty water. Then we continue to bake for about half an hour. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the bread.
