Ingredients (what you need)
200 g barley groats
1 salad cucumber
1-2 bell peppers (or can also be pickled)
2 tomatoes
1 head of lettuce
2 eggs

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 sour cream
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon honey

Recipe steps
Rinse the barley thoroughly under water, drain it, and add clean water, letting it soak for at least 60 minutes. Then cook it with a little salt until tender.
Boil the eggs hard, let them cool, and then cut them into quarters. Set them aside.
Drain the cooked barley, rinse it with cold water to prevent sticking, and then let it cool.
Thoroughly wash and prepare the vegetables. Remove the seeds from the peppers. In a bowl, place the cucumber diced into small cubes, the peppers sliced into strips, the tomatoes cut into wedges, the torn lettuce, and the cress.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the dressing with a whisk to combine the flavors, then fold in the sour cream and gently mix. Pour the mixture over the salad.
