Ingredients (what you need)
150 g turkey meat (or chicken)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 head of lettuce
2 hard-boiled eggs
salt
ground pepper
salad seasoning
1/2 cucumber
1 slice of cheese (any kind)
1/2 red onion
garlic sauce (or garlic dip)
lemon juice (for drizzling)
Recipe steps
Cooked and chilled eggs are cut into pieces, the cucumber is peeled and sliced into rounds. The lettuce is thoroughly washed and allowed to drain, then the leaves are arranged on a plate. We add the sliced cucumber, eggs, lightly salt, and sprinkle with salad seasoning.
The cheese is cut into small squares and added to the salad. We do not mix the salad on the plate; we simply place all the ingredients next to each other.
The turkey or chicken meat is cut into larger pieces, salted, and peppered. In a pan, we heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add the meat, and sauté until golden brown.
On top of the salad on the plate, we place the pieces of meat. Finally, we drizzle with lemon juice and pour garlic sauce over it.
