Ingredients (what you need)
1 can of mushrooms
1 small white onion
200 ml of 30% cream
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 liter of broth
ground pepper
salt
Recipe steps
In butter, sauté finely chopped onion and add flour, which we roast into a roux.
Add the broth to the flour mixture and keep stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
Add the cream and stir in the chopped mushrooms along with the liquid from the can. Let it cook for a while and season with salt and pepper. If needed, we can thicken the mixture a bit more with additional roux.
It tastes best with pasta.
