fresh mushrooms (or dried)
1 sour cream
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
water
salt
vinegar

Recipe steps

We clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.

We put the mushrooms in a smaller amount of water, salt them, and cook for 30 minutes.

We thoroughly mix the sour cream with one tablespoon of all-purpose flour and then add it to the cooked mushrooms.

We bring it to a boil and season with salt and acidity.
