Poppy Seed Cookies

In the blender, we mix all the liquid ingredients and gradually stir in the dry ingredients. We then add the chopped chocolate to the finished mixture.
Ingredients (what you need)
2.25 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of butter
1.5 cups of sugar
1 egg
1 yolk
1 vanilla bean
1/4 cup of poppy seeds
1/2 cup of chocolate
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Recipe steps
In a mixer, thoroughly combine all the liquid ingredients and gradually add the dry components.
Next, mix in the finely chopped chocolate into the prepared mixture.
Form about 20 equal balls from the dough, which we coat in poppy seeds.
Place the balls on a baking sheet about 5 cm apart so they do not stick together, and bake them at 160 degrees for about 12 minutes. It's best to eat them within 48 hours, as this dough hardens quickly.
