400 g fusilli pasta, penne, or similar
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon pumpkin oil
5 cloves of garlic
200 g Swiss chard (can also be leaf spinach)
100 g black olives
salt
white pepper
1 teaspoon chili seasoning
100 g hard cheese
Recipe steps
We cook the pasta and then drain it.
We pour both oils into a pan and quickly sauté the chopped onion and garlic with chili seasoning. We add torn chard in pieces and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
We add the drained pasta, salt it, and sprinkle with white seasoning. Finally, we add olives.
Before serving, we sprinkle grated cheese on the plate.
