Roughly grate the washed cucumber and squeeze out as much excess water as possible.

1/2 pcs salad cucumber
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup sour white yogurt
to taste 2 tbsp chopped dill
salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic

We chop the dill and crush the garlic.

We mix the cucumber with yogurt, add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and season with salt.
